Each Sunroom we design and build has the option of having a heat pump installed for heating and cooling. In addition, for added energy savings, the sunroom can feature one of several sun control screening products by phifer designed and engineered to block out 70% to 90% of the sun's rays from entering the room.
MEDALLION 2000 SUNROOM

The medallion 2000 Sunroom comes with an exclusive 10 year warrenty on the enclosure, plus a LIFETIME WARRANTY against glass breakage and prolonged internal fogging on the standared insulated and tempered safety glass sliding windows.
Choose the white on white embossed aluminum insulated panel or a smooth textured vinyl finish panel to complement your home. The factory assembled structural componets are constructed from strong 6063 t5 aluminum alloy and have a baked on enamel finish that never needs painting. Each room comes standard with a 36" x 80" 3/4 insulated, aluminum 1 1/4" full view door with solid brass hardware and keyed deadbolt (inswing or outswing).
The 2 inch thick insulated wall panel provides an R-8.5 thermal rating. Add the 3 inch thick insulated roofing system, featuring an R-13 thermal rating, and the combination provides many years of sunroom enjoyment.
Each window opening in the Medallion 2000 Sunroom is a full 5 feet high for maximum visibility and fully screened with quality Phifer (fiberglass) screening. The aluminum series 1900 sure-track sliding windows feature double pane insullated and tempered safety glass. Each sash can be easily removed for cleaning or for a full screen effect.
